Application fee USD 75 (non-refundable). Graduate tuition rate for 2025-26 is USD 2,015 per credit. Estimated tuition: USD 72,540 (with 36 transferable credits) or USD 145,080 (without transferable credits). Admitted PhD students are offered financial packages covering tuition and a stipend (four years); program funds admitted PhD students and proof of financial resources is not required for international applicants in those cases.
